The Astral Martial Art is a mix of phylosophy and fighting style of great power based on the use of the Astral energy.

 

To learn it you need a "mentor" who'll open your mind to the potential held inside your body.

To do so he'll apply finger on the side of your left hemisphere and create a small flow of "Astral energy"

The left hemisphere working with logic and rationality will reject this aberration first, resulting in the whitening of the hair near the place the mentor put his fingers.

 

This opening requires that you let go while your personality is strong enough not to go crazy only the mentor is judge on that.

 

When your mind as accepted the presence of astral energy you'll have to train with your mentor to learn how to express that energy you hold inside.

After masterizing your powers it is the duty of your mentor to forbid you of using the Astral Martial Art at all, only if necessary after trying everything else. 

Because temptation is great for the student to take advantage of the average people.

So the mentor has to choose a student who has the power of mind to reach Astral Materialization but also on which he keep good influence because this power is not to put in any hands for it can disturb the order of all things.
